In order to ask for a refund of your purchase, you need to do so within 7 days of purchase.
Request your return or exchange through our support desk. Upon your return being approved, we will assign you an RMA number. We do not offer refunds without this number.
Your money will be refunded and may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
